What's your Favorite Disc?

 The Anode is my go-to putter, seamlessly fitting my hybrid push spin style. It excels in delivering clean releases and straight flights, making 40-60ft putts and varied approach lines feel effortless. Although it’s my preferred choice, I also enjoy the distinct touch of Glitch and Watt putters for different throwing nuances. Every disc brings its unique character to my game, and with the Anode leading the pack, precision and adaptability are always at my fingertips. 

 The Reactor is my ace for forehand flip-ups and controlled backhand shots under 320ft. It's a dependable midrange with a subtle turn for powerful plays and a reliable flat-to-fade for precision shots. It gracefully handles long turnovers and straight shots with ease. The Reactor's adaptability makes it ideal for hitting tight gaps and nailing accurate throws, a true workhorse.

 The Hex has earned its spot as my favorite disc for its unrivaled straight shots and reliable turning shapes. For my powerful throws, the Hex unveils a subtly understable line. It’s not just a backhand marvel; the Hex is my go-to for short-range forehand shots, providing precision and consistency. In the woods or open fields, when control and versatility are paramount, I reach for the Hex 

 The Pyro is possibly the disc I reach for the most, a reliable partner that stands resilient, especially in the face of power and gusty winds. Axiom’s creation is an overstable midrange marvel that pairs unparalleled glide with a robust, stable finish. It handles my most powerful throws with grace, consistently holding its line without veering off target. Even with aggressive flex shots, the Pyro’s steadfast nature shines, always fighting back, ensuring precision and control. In every throw, I find a partner in the Pyro, a testament to reliability and unwavering performance. 

 The Servo is a disc I simply can't do without. It's a seamless blend of control and power, offering effortless distance and reduced lateral movement. This gem is my favorite for flip-up forehand turnovers, characterized by a forward-penetrating fade for those low-power throws. In the woods, the Servo transforms flip-up backhand shots into an art, boasting a workable stability that caters to a spectrum of fairway driving needs. Power throwers will revel in its subtle turnover and extended glide. 

 The Tesla holds a special place in my bag, marking the beginning of my journey with MVP discs. It was the first MVP disc I ever threw, and its impeccable design and performance have earned it a permanent spot in my bag. The Tesla is a masterpiece of balance, boasting a subtle turn and reliable fade that makes both forehand and backhand shots a breeze.

 The Photon was my lone driver for years, a testament to its reliability and precision. It's a longer Tesla, offering a balanced dance of turn and fade for all players. It stood as my go-to until the expansive open courses called for the inclusion of 13/14 speed discs for that extra reach. Resilient in headwinds and versatile in performance, the Photon remains a cherished component of my disc golf game.

 When it comes to achieving maximum distance on those epic forehand shots, I'm increasingly reaching for the Octane. It’s a disc that combines remarkable speed with incredible distance. In my hands, it reveals a touch more turn, promising perhaps the longest flight I’ve experienced yet.

With flight numbers of 13 | 5 | -1.5 | 2, the Octane is rewriting the script on distance and control. Each throw is a harmonious blend of power and precision, and it’s swiftly earning its stripes as my new favorite disc.

 The Teleport seamlessly made its way into my collection as the answer to headwind challenges. When I need to throw hard and far while maintaining controllable lines, this disc becomes my trusted ally. Living up to its name, the Teleport is lightning-fast on power throws, transforming energy into impressive distances with an unyielding precision.

Its straight-stable design crafts a tight S-curve at high speeds, offering that perfect blend of stability and speed to stay on target.
